CANCELLATION POLICY

My Joyce Fishing Charters requires full payment at the time of booking.

All trips booked within one week of the trips date, will be charged in full at the time of booking. 

​

If you need to cancel your reservation, we require 21 days notice in order to receive a full refund. We will help you reschedule to a different date so you can use the credit towards a future trip-- the credit must be used during the same calendar year.

 

If the weather is deemed unsuitable for sailing, we will call you to inform you of the cancellation- in this case we can help you reschedule for another date or if you cannot reschedule, we will issue a full refund.

If you need to cancel your trip all together and will not reuse your funds in the same calendar year, you may cancel with a $600 processing fee and the balance will be refunded to you.
